Harper House is a studio at the intersection of art and architecture.
We create custom surfaces that bring depth, texture, and material expression to a space to support the larger story of a home or project.
Our work spans contemporary new construction and heritage-sensitive renovation across the United States and abroad.
About the Principal
Desireé Harper
Desireé Harper is an artist at the intersection of architecture and material expression.
Her practice is grounded in a deep respect for material and the understanding that surfaces shape how a space is experienced. Each project is approached as part of a larger composition, where texture, light, and restraint carry as much meaning as structure.
As principal, she leads both creative and technical development in partnership with a trusted team of artisans. For more than two decades, she has collaborated closely with architects, designers and builders, bringing vision, precision, and craft to each project.
